At Euphoria Outfits, our priority is delivering an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring fast and efficient order processing. We work tirelessly to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, offering seamless worldwide shipping through DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Royal Mail—without any minimum order restrictions.
Important Note: During winter and peak seasons, there may be an additional delay of 3-5 business days. If you have a strict deadline, we recommend selecting the priority order option at checkout for an additional $30 or reaching out to us in advance.
Shipping Policy
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our shipping policy before placing your order: Standard orders are delivered worldwide within 15 business days, while customized orders may take up to 20 business days.
Made-to-measure orders are completed and shipped within two weeks, whereas bespoke orders may take 2-3 weeks. We strive to expedite processing whenever possible.
Each of our premium jackets is handcrafted by experts with over 30 years of experience, using high-quality materials. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, inner lining, and stitching may occur.
Orders placed after Friday evening will be processed on Monday. Additionally, we do not process orders on public holidays.
To enhance security, we encourage customers to accept the signature request for delivery. If you opt out of this request, you assume full responsibility for the package, even if left unattended. Some locations may require a mandatory signature.
Orders are shipped in tightly packed mailer bags to reduce international shipping costs, helping us keep prices affordable. Please avoid using sharp objects when opening parcels to prevent damage to your item.
For international orders (outside the US), shipping follows the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy, meaning customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before purchasing.
For European Customers
As of July 5, 2021, the Joint EU Value Added Tax (VAT) policy applies to all European Union countries. Customers are responsible for customs clearance and VAT charges upon delivery.
