However, we understand that preferences and needs can change. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Concerned about your purchase? Not sure about the scent? Don’t worry! The smell is temporary and will naturally fade. If you have concerns about size, color, or other issues, you may request an exchange or return.
We believe in providing detailed product information to help you make informed choices. We highly recommend reviewing our size chart before purchasing, and we also confirm sizing via email to ensure accuracy. Return & Exchange Guidelines
- We offer a 4-week return and exchange policy from the delivery date. If you fail to receive your order, you must claim it within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
- Returns and exchanges initiated by choice (such as changing your mind) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
- A non-refundable shipping fee of $35 + a 5% payment processing fee applies, as these charges are paid directly to shipping carriers and payment processors.
- Priority shipping charges ($30) are non-refundable as they are service fees for expedited processing.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs, and we will take immediate action upon notification.
- Exchanges due to sizing issues are not accepted since size confirmation is done before order processing. However, if you still require an exchange, 45% of the original item price will be charged.
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products returned by choice must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. This cannot be changed.
- A confirmation email regarding the refund or exchange approval will be sent within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- If a package is returned due to incomplete delivery, the customer will need to cover additional reshipping charges after reconfirming the delivery address.
- Customs duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 20-30% fee, depending on the order.
How to Return an Item
- Fill out the return request form below, ensuring that all information is correct. Our support team will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. We cannot process returns for items that have been used or damaged. If your item arrived already damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
- Once your return is approved, our customer support team will provide the return shipping address.
- We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service to ensure a smooth return process. All return parcels must be prepaid.
